To ensure that students have time to complete the course registration packet prior to attending the class, registration for this course will close at 8:00AM EST seven days before the first day of class.

This three-week course prepares students to perform pre- and post-inspection services within Kentucky's DOE-funded Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). With an emphasis on health and safety requirements, the course aligns with federal WAP standardized curricula for Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector courses while delving deeper into WAP-specific program policy and procedures. Students who pass the course are afforded provisional working status within the Kentucky WAP network.
